He is graduated in Philosophy from the College of Philosophy in the Human Sciences Department of the Catholic University of Ecuador.Languages: Spanish- English.

DRA. MARCEL CARRERA MONTALVO

Born on July 17, 1968 in Quito- Ecuador.She is a Lawyer and Doctor in Jurisprudence, which was awarded by the Catholic University of Ecuador .Languages: Spanish- English.
